This long film is divided into four distinct parts. Nurse Bernadette shows up to introduce herself to Ava as a nurse that Ava's family has hired to give her special and humiliating treatments. Ava is skeptical and argues back which only infuriates Nurse more. Ava is told to strip down and accept whatever treatment is given to her. She has been promiscuous, slutty, and not taking care of herself. In fact, Ava has been a total nightmare and this behavior will be corrected once and for all. Now in part two, Ava is to eat something healthy as she has not been taking care of herself in the least. A big bag of raw kale is thrown at her and she is shocked. Still in disbelief, Nurse Bernadette opens the kale and stuffs it in Ava's face. Ewwwww! Ava struggles away and she has kale throw on her. She is then made to eat it up off the sofa from which she spit it out on. Nurse sprinkles more kale around and makes Ava get on all fours and eat it up. How humiliating! Ava is then strapped hard on her bottom while she is having to eat up the kale off the floor. She is not a very happy girl but she will learn her lesson about eating healthy from now on.
