Answer: When your credit card company originally processes the transaction, they often put a temporary hold on the funds to cover the order. These funds will be released within 1-3 banking days. In the event that you order the same movie twice, we cannot refund your order. Please ensure that you want to purchase items before completing your order.
Answer: Due to our products being downloads and not returnable, we uphold a strict refund policy.
There are only a few cases where a refund might be given at our discretion. For example if you were charged an incorrect amount or the difference between what was described in the video details is vastly different from the actual video.

Answer: To create an account, click on the signup link at the top right of the page. You will be asked to provide an email address, a username and password, address info, and a first and last name. You will also be asked to agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Once your account is created, you will be able to login and view your recent orders and recent items.
Answer: When you are logged in to your account, you will be able to view all past orders within the last 60 days.
Answer: We provide a full list of videos that you have downloaded in the past 90 days. Please make sure you have not already purchased a clip as we do not offer refunds for duplicate purchases.
Answer: To access download links, click on the Login or your username link at the top right of the page. If you are not currently logged in, enter your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the My Downloads option. Left Click on each file you want to download and choose save file as or save target as and select a location on your computer to download to. Once the download is complete you can view the video whenever you want. NOTE: If you delete the video from your computer or your computer were to crash, you will not be able to redownload this video. Please back up all downloaded content. Downloads are only available for 48 hours and can only be reset up to 30 days after purchase.

Answer: Please make sure that you can play a certain file type before making a purchase. Most file errors occur from using the wrong video player, like Windows Media Player. If you are having problems with a file playing correctly, make sure that you are using the newest version of the correct video player. Each store sells their own videos and each movie type is listed in the video description. The clips we offer are MPG, WMV, MOV, AVI, MKV, etc.

Files may be reactived within 30 days of purchase. To have a file reactivated, email customer service via the contact us link in the footer. Please include the order number and the title of the video.
Answer: Yes, t is possible to download our videos on your IOS / Andriod tablet or phone but some of the time it requires a separate App to play the videos. For more information do a Google search about playing the video format you purchased on your device. Do not purchase clips if you are not sure if they will work or play on our device. You might have to download the clips on a PC or MAC first and then transfer the clips to your device.
Answer: Most of the time this happens because you are using an old, out-of-date browser. Make sure you are using a modern operating system, for example Windows 10 on a PC, and have fully updated your browser to the latest version. Sometimes using a different browser will solve the issue.
