It’s early Sunday afternoon and there’s a strangely heavy feel to the air. Coco assumes it must just be humidity, but the day hasn’t been especially warm, and usually it’s warm when it’s humid... But the sun has finally emerged after hiding behind clouds all morning, and Coco decides to make the most of it and head into the wilderness for a walk and a read. So what if there’s a weird feeling in the air? Or is it more a sense of foreboding… Whatever it is, silly intuitions like this are usually just that – silly. That heavy feeling in the air hasn’t dissipated – if anything, oddly, it has increased! But there’s also a coziness to it, somehow. It certainly enriched the atmosphere of Coco’s story. She almost feels as though she’s in a story herself – as though she stumbled into the pages of her book. The scenery has a seriously mystical look to it today. After climbing a rocky slope between the trees, Coco is confronted by something that rips the breath from her lungs. No, it’s not a spanking booth this time. It’s something much more peculiar. Something that fits a little better with the heaviness of today’s air.
