This is a challenge for Tron. He is a big fit guy, a rugby player, and the sessions tarts off with a set of exercises, running back and forth with push ups, star jumps and press ups in between. Once he is he is puffing after that he has to strip off and get his ass caned, then a flogging to the back and the front of his upper body. A classic clip with a guy pushed to the limits.
