Ziva Fey needs to see a specialist for her bladder leakage issues and she nervously tells the female Dr about her condition. Unfortunately, the medications are not available right now so the Dr suggests using adult incontinence pads, aka diapers. Oh no! Those things are so huge and look embarrassing.
