Rachel is the manager at a local diner, and she's very good at her job and generally on top of things. But when a new waiter makes a simple mistake on an order, she blows up on the poor guy in front of customers and his new coworkers alike. It was completely inappropriate and out of line -- the new guy had already taken responsibility, apologized, and was doing everything he could to fix the order.
